As a Grand Rapids native, I am so excited to host this special pop-up cooking class in Michigan! I’ve been living in France for 5 years, where I host cooking classes and historical tours in the beautiful city of Bordeaux.
But Michigan summers will always hold a special place in my heart and I look forward to visiting at this time of year. Let’s bid au revoir to the season with a fun evening of eating, drinking, cooking, and celebrating. Join me for a plant-based, French-inspired cooking class followed by dinner together around a beautiful garden table.
We’ll begin the evening with an apéro—the French tradition of gathering before dinner with a drink and light bites, as we cook together. We’ll create a seasonal starter, main course, and dessert using fresh ingredients inspired by French cuisine.
One complimentary glass of wine is included, and you’re welcome to bring your favorite bottle to enjoy throughout the evening.
